Help Desk Management

Support management is a component of customer related services. With this help you can fulfill the customer’s requirements. The support section manages the ticket information which is created in the customer section. It also provides the functionality of creating a new ticket for the individual customer also. Here you can check all the created tickets and their status.

For add a ticket, Go to Support -> Click on Create Ticket, and save the details.

For manage tickets, Go to Support. Here you can view, edit or delete the ticket.

To view the details of Ticket, Go to Support -> click on View Details. Here you can also update the status of ticket.
