Setup Management

In setup management, you can manage Company details, Template, Email configuration, SMS, Notification, Country, Currency, Department, Group, Source, Banner, and IP Security. In DAD CRM, the Setup management feature helps to maintain company details and also configure Email and SMS for communicating with customers.

Below are following features of settings management. With the help of this, you can easily understand the functionality of settings management.

To add or manage Company Details, Go to Setup -> Click on the Company Details and Save the Company Details, Logo and Title, System default information.

To manage Template, Go to Setup -> Click on the Template and here you can manage Appointment Template, Quotation Template, Order Template, Support Template, User Template. You can manage template for Email and SMS method.

For Email Configuration, Go to Setup -> Click on Email configuration and submit the SMTP Details such as Server Type, Server, Username, Password, and Port. Here you can also test SMTP Email for verify the email configuration is correct or not.

To manage SMS Method, Go to Setup -> Click on SMS and enter the details for Twilio, Text Local, select SMS Method and save it.

To manage Notification, Go to Setup -> Click on Notification and then you can manage Email Notification and SMS Notification.

To add or manage country, Go to Setup -> Click on Country. Here you can edit or delete the Country Details and also add new Country.

To add or manage Currency, Go to Setup -> Click on Currency. Here you can edit or delete the Currency Details and also add new Currency by click on Add New Currency and submit the Currency name and Sign.

For manage Department, Go to Setup -> Click on Department. For add new Department, click on Add New Department and submit the department name. Here you can edit or delete the Department also.

For manage Group, Go to Setup -> Click on Group. For add new Group, click on Add New Group and submit the Group name. Here you can edit or delete the Group also.

For manage Source, Go to Setup -> Click on Source. For add new Source, click on Add New Source and submit the Source name. Here you can edit or delete the Source also.

For manage Banner, Go to Setup -> Click on Banner. For add new Banner, click on Add New Banner and submit the Banner Name and Banner Image. Here you can edit or delete the Source also.

For IP Security, Go to Setup -> Click on IP Security. For add new IP click on Add IP and submit the details.
